Workshop Logistics
At Letti, the construction process ends only when the product arrives intact at your space. Since we deal with solid, heavy furniture, we work exclusively with carriers specialized in bulky goods.
We package every component right here in the workshop using reinforced protection systems to ensure that both metal and wood travel safely.
Delivery Modes
Our products are not light. Quality has weight.
Standard delivery (Curbside): This is our default service. The carrier will deliver the order at street level (front door of the house or building). It does not include carrying items up stairs or unpacking.
On request: If you need the order carried up to a specific floor, unpacked, or packing materials removed, please contact us before checkout. We will arrange a custom quote based on your location and building accessibility.
Access & Dimensions
As engineers, we ask for precision: measure twice. It is your responsibility to verify that the packages will fit through your building’s doors, elevators, or staircases. You will find exact packaging dimensions on every product page. If delivery fails because the product does not fit, return and restocking costs will be your responsibility.
Timelines & Tracking
Transit times depend on your location and order volume. Once the material leaves our workshop, you will receive a tracking link to monitor arrival.
We aim to consolidate orders into a single shipment, but if your purchase includes products with significantly different manufacturing times, they may arrive separately to avoid delays.
Returns & Cancellations
Standard products: You have 14 calendar days from receipt to return standard catalog products that have not been customized. The item must be in its original packaging and perfect condition. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Custom orders: Products made to order with specific dimensions, materials, or finishes configured by you cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Defects: If you notice any transport damage or technical defect, please notify us within the first 48 hours of receipt. We will solve it immediately. Repair or replace, that is our guarantee.
