We build for a lifetime, but we are humans. If a product arrives with transport damage or presents a defect, we will solve it immediately. No fine print. Just write to us, and we will arrange a repair or replacement.
Products - General questions
You will find dimensions, materials, and weight on each product page. If you need a specific detail or a technical datasheet that isn’t listed, just ask us. We know our blueprints by heart.
Our furniture is designed as a system. This means almost every component can be replaced. If you need a spare part years from now, we will have it. Repairing is better than replacing.
Every product comes with a clear, printed guide. No complex tools required. You can also download the PDF instructions directly from the product page on our website.
We control the entire process from design to manufacturing in our workshop. We use high-resistance materials and local engineering processes to ensure that every product is solid and built to last.
Shipping & Tracking
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the total weight of the order. No hidden fees.
Once your order leaves our workshop, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You will be able to see exactly where it is and the estimated arrival date.
Good things take time. We do not offer standard express shipping for heavy furniture, but if you have a critical deadline, contact us before buying and we will look for a solution.
You can find the packaging dimensions and weight on each product page. It is important to check if the box fits in your elevator or through the stairs before ordering.
We do our best to meet deadlines. If for any technical reason your order is delayed, we will personally inform you via email with a new estimated delivery date.
If more than 15 business days have passed since the estimated date and you have no news, write to us with your order number. We will track the shipment immediately to provide a solution.
